THE grounds of Lulworth Castle will be bursting with brilliance this coming 30 July – August 2nd, when Camp Bestival Goes Wild.

DJs include David Rodigan, DJ Yoda, Prince Fatty, Artwork, & Venum Sound, Norman Jay, Terry Hall, Billy ‘Daniel’ Bunter, Slipmatt, Ratpack, Ragga Twins, Uncle Dugs, Jerome Hill, DJ Faydz and Camp Bestival’s Rob da Bank who shared his thoughts on this year’s line-up:
“Wow, the sun’s out, the tents are out in the garden airing, and sleeping bags being unfurled ready for festival season. Camp Bestival tickets are flying out the door, so we thought we’d add a bit more flavour to our wild and wonderful happenings this year. From The Shires country majesty, to the Dub Pistols reggae skank, and new bloods Kiko Bun and Kimberly Anne bringing their up-and-coming vibes to the castle, our musical line-ups never been so diverse”.
The Guardian Literary Institute will be offering a program as diverse and entertaining as ever with appearances from Bill Oddie, Suzanne Moore, Andy Torbet, Dr Radha, Genevieve Taylor, Dick n Dom, John Harris and a brilliant series of ‘How To…’ sessions and talks.
There will be a chance to explore your inner beast with bushcraft, den building, foraging, survival skills, wild cooking with mud kitchens, campfires, nature hunts, mass sleep outs, daily picnics and a new wellness retreat and spa dedicated to finding a sliver of inner peace in the middle of all the festival magic.
Also on site will be festival favourites Insect Circus, West End Kids, BRIT School, Royal Albert Hall Albert’s Band, Funky Little Choir, and Workshop Patrol. Augmenting them will be new attractions including The Chrysalis Garden, The Train Trip, and Wild Adventures promising the biggest, best and wildest activities yet.
